We are looking for a full-time Physician Assistant (Associate) to join our  orthopaedic surgery practice. We are a group of 13 orthopedic surgeons with multiple specialties. We currently employ 5 PAs and one NP and are in search of a 6th. Duties include surgical assisting, rounds, consults, clinic, and hospital coverage. Hours are Monday through Friday with a share of weekday and weekend hospital and office call as well as a share of after hours weekend clinic coverage. Offices are located in Monroe, West Monroe, and Ruston. Surgical coverage is over 7 hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers in the region. An ideal candidate would be motivated and passionate about providing excellent care to alongside our experienced surgeons. While experience is preferred, it is not a requirement.

Salary commensurate with experience and includes a bonus structure. Must have NCCPA certification and possess or be eligible for DEA and Louisiana licensure.
